Our Co-founder Kyle was raised by listeners to be a listener, and we can only imagine how quiet dinner was at his house growing up. He hears the things that you don’t say hidden amongst the words you do, and he uses them to help you set your focus, be your best self and apply your brilliance. With genuine curiosity and a leadership style he credits in part to Shaun the Sheep, Kyle unlocks the potential in people and processes, and he always drinks from a half-full glass.
